We want you to be happy with your online purchase, therefore, all customers have the right to return products within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date of your order. All returned products must be in perfect condition. This means that the Stargift.shop products must be unused, undamaged and with unbroken sealing. Please note, customers are liable to pay for the return shipping cost. We recommend that you track your return shipment to ensure safe delivery.

Stargift.shop will not be liable for any returns that are lost. Products that are returned after fourteen (14) days post-delivery date or that do not satisfy the above conditions will not be accepted.

Our Money Back Guarantee policy covers returns and cancellations of products within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date, if the package is sealed and returned alongside proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued when the returned product arrives to our address. You will receive the refund via the same payment method you used to make your purchase. Please allow up to 1-2 days for the refund to be processed, as this largely depends on your bank.

- Please take a picture and send the product with the city, address and order number specified so that it can be replaced by another product in case the product is corrupt or has a certain defect, or it is not used in accordance with the agreement.
